SecurStar has a strict no surfing activity log policy, as such we do not keep or store any logs about our users online activity.

For best service reasons, we keep some information about the customer:

• e-mail – to send the latest SecurStar news and to retrieve a lost password.
• Username – this is needed to establish the SurfSolo-VPN connection.
• Payment information – we store billing information for accountancy reasons.

Any of the above information will never be passed to any third party.
